Last Updated: December 20, 2025 This document consolidates the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use applicable to the Optix Player application ("App") developed by Bear Code Studio ("Company"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.

01 / OVERVIEW

Overview

1.1. No Content Provided

Optix Player is not a content provider. The App does not contain any IPTV lists, channels, media streams, or video content.

1.2. Technical Tool

The App is designed solely as a technical media player software for playing media files or streaming addresses (M3U, Xtream Codes, API, etc.) that users obtain through their own legal means.

1.3. No Endorsement

Bear Code Studio has no partnership, commercial relationship, or affiliation with any third-party content provider.

02 / DATA ACCESS AND COLLECTION

Data Access and Collection

3.1. Local Storage

Login information (URL, username, password) and viewing history entered by the user: Is stored only on the user's device in an encrypted or secure local database. Is not transferred to our servers, sold, or shared with third parties.

3.2. Anonymous Analytics

To improve App performance, non-personal (anonymous) data such as crash reports, device model, and operating system version may be collected through standard Apple developer tools.

03 / HOW DATA IS USED

How Data Is Used

User-entered login information, playlist details, streaming addresses, and viewing history are used to operate the App, organize user-provided media, and support playback features.

Anonymous diagnostics are used to improve App performance and reliability. Bear Code Studio does not use user-entered playlist credentials to provide, host, sell, or distribute media content.

04 / STORAGE AND SECURITY

Storage and Security

3.1. Local Storage

Login information (URL, username, password) and viewing history entered by the user:

Is stored only on the user's device in an encrypted or secure local database.

Is not transferred to our servers, sold, or shared with third parties.

Is removed from the device when the App is deleted.

05 / PERMISSIONS AND DEVICE FEATURES

Permissions and Device Features

The App may use network access to connect to streaming addresses added by the user and to request metadata from supported services.

The App may use local device storage for the secure local database, viewing history, settings, and user-entered credentials. Where Apple system permissions are required, the App relies on the permission controls provided by iOS.

06 / THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Third-Party Services

The App may use The Movie Database (TMDB) API services to visualize media content and provide information.

Legal Notice: These services only provide metadata (posters, cast information, summaries). The App is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or continuity of information from these APIs.

07 / SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Subscriptions and Payments

In-app purchases and subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store.

Refund Policy

As payments are collected by Apple, refund processes are subject to Apple's own policies.

Subscription cancellation must be done by the user through the device's iCloud settings.

08 / YOUR CHOICES AND CONTROLS

Your Choices and Controls

Users control the playlists, streaming addresses, and credentials they add to the App.

Is removed from the device when the App is deleted.

Subscription cancellation must be done by the user through the device's iCloud settings.

Users are obligated to take necessary measures (parental lock features if available) to monitor the content of their added lists and prevent children's access.

09 / CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Children's Privacy

Age Restriction

The App does not directly market to individuals under 13 years of age.

Parental Control

As the App is a "player," it has no authority to monitor content appropriateness. Users are personally responsible for the content in their added lists and children's access to this content.

The App does not filter or automatically censor content in user lists (including adult content).

10 / CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Changes to This Policy

Updates

Bear Code Studio reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The current text is effective from the moment it is published in the App or on the website.

Disputes

Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Execution Offices are authorized for disputes arising from this agreement.
