We hire rarely.
When we do, well.
Bear Code is a five-person studio. Open roles appear here when we have the budget, brief, and bench space for someone new. Until then — we keep these doors open.
No open roles right now.
The bench is full. New openings show up here first — last reviewed June 2026.

What working here
actually looks like.
Ankara-based, remote-first.
HQ in Ankara. The team works from home, cafes, or co-working. We meet in person once a month.
Slack + Linear. No Jira.
Direct chat with the engineers. Tickets in Linear. No standups, no sprint planning ceremonies, no Gantt charts.
Friday demos.
Every Friday at 16:00 we demo what shipped that week. Optional for the team, mandatory for the work.
Two-week sprints.
Plan on Monday, ship by Friday week two. PRs get preview URLs. Tests ship with code, never after.
Direct line to founders.
No account managers. No qualification calls. Founders read every Slack message and every email.
No PMs, no steering committees.
The engineers building it are the engineers you talk to. Decisions get made in the channel where the work happens.
Twice a year,
we take on two interns.
8–12 weeks. Full-time. Paid. Real work on real projects — not a shadow program or a coffee run.
Mobile (iOS/Android/RN/Flutter), web (Next.js), backend (Node/Postgres), or game dev (Unity/Unreal). We match the cohort to the studio's pipeline.
Comfortable with one language end-to-end. A GitHub account with at least one finished project. Curiosity over credentials.
Shipped code in a real product. A reference letter from the founders. A clear picture of how a studio works from inside.
Email internship@bearcodestudio.com with a short note (5–10 sentences) and a link to your strongest project. No CV needed if the project speaks.
Always open
to senior people.
We keep a small file of senior people we'd hire tomorrow if the right engagement landed. Send your work. We'll reach out when something opens.
